Thrive — Your Life, your experience

Thrive & you

Your choices. Our commitments.

Draft — this guide and its linked policies are awaiting completion and legal review.

Thrive is a place to collect what matters, explore possibilities, and take steps that feel meaningful to you. Here is how your choices, your information, and our responsibilities fit together.

Your journey remains yours

Use the tools that help. Stay practical, explore more deeply, change direction, or take a break. Reflection is an invitation to meet your experience with compassion—not a requirement to fix every feeling.

Terms — Your journey remains yours

Lucky helps you explore

Lucky is an AI guide that can help you express a thought, organise information, or consider a possible connection. Lucky can make mistakes. You decide what fits, and important decisions may need qualified human advice. Lucky is not an emergency service.

Terms — What Lucky does—and its limits

Understand what Lucky remembers

Your conversation with Lucky is stored as chat history. Saving something separately to your journal, tasks, or Backpack is another choice. Lucky also uses supporting context, including information saved for Lucky, to respond. You separately control access to additional areas of your account.

Privacy — How Lucky uses information

Private does not mean published

Collecting something or discussing it with Lucky does not automatically share it with the community or send it to Thrive’s feedback team. Information is still processed by the services that make these features work, and limited authorised access may be needed for support, security, or legal reasons.

Privacy — Private information, public sharing, and feedback

Sharing is a separate choice

Before sharing a story or submitting feedback, review what you are sending and who will receive it. Leaving your name off does not always make the content anonymous. Feedback submitted without your name remains linked to your account within Thrive’s system.

Privacy — Public sharing and feedback

Reminders are support you choose

Choose the reminders, delivery methods, and devices that help you. You can change or stop them. Notifications can be delayed or missed, so they should not be your only safeguard for something critical.

Terms — Reminders and communications

Your words remain yours

You retain your rights in what you contribute. Thrive needs limited permission to operate the features you choose. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or a privacy concern.
