Thrive — Your Life, your experience

About

Ten years of learning, made simple enough to live.

Laura always encouraged me — and everyone around her — to keep growing, learn more and discover a better version of ourselves. She helped me find resources to learn from, then offered the encouragement to keep going and make that learning my own.

Her example became the inspiration for the exponential kindness ripple and for a simple belief at the centre of Thrive: moving forward is always a choice available to you. Laura's life and lessons are foundational to that spirit, while Thrive remains a place for every person to define growth in their own way.

Life is a process that brings experience. LifeLoop keeps that process simple: plan forward, live now and reflect back. Then keep experiencing life in that deliberate way — choosing again, learning as you go and moving toward whatever matters to you.

Thrive brings together ten years of learning, growing and living these ideas. It is not a formula or a finish line. It is an attempt to make what helped us simple enough to help someone else take their own next step.

Behind the movement

A few of the moments and people that shaped how we do this.

Where a photograph carries a photographer credit it is an illustrative image, not a photograph of a reported act of kindness.
